This privacy notice tells you what to expect when PharmAssist collects and processes your personal information. 1. Your personal data and what we use it for
We process your personal data, which may include but not limited to your name, contact details, location details such as postcode for the purposes of:

- Communications deemed business critical or directly relevant to your account

This only applies to information you have given us. You have the right to ask that we transfer the information you gave us from one organisation to another, or give it to you. The right only applies if we are processing information based on your consent.

We hold your information for a period of 6 years from the date of supply of goods to you in accordance with the Limitation Act 1980 or as long as is reasonably necessary in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 the UK General Data Protection Regulation and any subsequent UK data protection legislation.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. We may need to transfer your information outside the United Kingdom to other service providers and business partners. We will only transfer your personal information in this way where there is an adequate level of protection that is the same as the level of protection required under United Kingdom data protection legislation.
